Upon arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will receive a VIP meet-and-assist service to ensure a smooth transition through arrivals. You will then meet your driver, who will transfer you to the Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel.
The following day, a Four Points driver will take you to the nearby Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli, where you will stay at Tawi Lodge. Tawi Lodge is a great spot to use as a base to explore the Amboseli area, it offers the best of both worlds: access to the national park and use of the private conservancy, which provides experiences such as walking and night game drives.
After two nights at Tawi Lodge, you will fly back to Nairobi and connect to a flight to northern Kenya. Upon arrival at Kalama Airstrip, you will be met by your guides from Kitchi Camp for a scenic 3-hour journey to the camp high up in the afro-montane forests of the Mathews Range. Far off the beaten path, Kitchi offers a unique bush experience with abundant bird and plant life. The camp specialises in walks guided by local Samburu guides, taking you through forested hills and along the riverbank.
On the 7th, you will fly by light aircraft to Borana Conservancy. Here, you will stay at Borana Lodge, which has stunning views of the Laikipia Plateau. The conservancy is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, rhinos, and big cats.
From Borana, you will fly to Naboisho Conservancy, part of the Greater Mara, to stay at Naboisho Tented Camp. The wildlife viewing here is exceptional, and the conservancy is known for having some of the best predator viewing in the world.
On the 13th, you will return to Nairobi’s Wilson airport by scheduled air service. On arrival you will be met by a driver who will take you to Jomo Kenyatta Airport to connect with your international flight home. We can arrange day rooms if your flight departs late at night, allowing you to relax and freshen up before your journey.
