On arrival at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will receive a VIP meet and assist service, ensuring a smooth transition through arrivals. You will then meet your driver, who will take you to the Hemingways Hotel.
A Hemingways Hotel driver will take you to the nearby Wilson airport to fly to Shaba National Reserve with Ninian the following day. Here, you will stay in our mobile camp, which we will set up overlooking a pretty spring. The camp will be home base, and we will have a helicopter to explore further north.
Say farewell to Ninian and fly from Shaba to Tanzania, stopping in Nairobi and Kilimanjaro for customs and on to Seronera in Central Serengeti, where the Namiri team will meet you. It will take about two hours to drive out into the Eastern short grass plains where Namiri is located. Namiri is famous for its predators, especially cheetahs and lions.
You will return to Seronera airstrip on the 27th to fly to the Northern Serengeti, and the Serian Lamai team will meet you upon arrival. You will have 4 nights here to explore this section of the Serengeti, which at the time of year should be relatively quiet in terms of other tourists.
Your last stop will be the Southern Serengeti, where you will stay at Songa Migration camp, which will be based in southern Tanzania at this time of year. The hope is to catch the migration.
On the last day, you will fly by private charter back to Nairobi. We can arrange day rooms if your flight departs late at night, allowing you to relax and freshen up before your journey.

Songa Migrational Camp, South

Songa Migrational Camp South is located in the short grass plains of Maswa Kimali, an exclusive-use protected wildlife area bordering the southern Serengeti. This is a seasonal tented camp that moves twice a year to roughly shadow the movements of the migration.
