On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport on the 19th of December, a VIP meet and greet team will get you through customs and immigration as quickly as possible before you are transferred by car to Arusha Coffee Lodge for the night. The drive will take about 90 minutes, depending on traffic.
On the morning of 20th of December you will be transferred across to Arusha Airport that is about a ten minute drive away for your private charter flight into the Southern Serengeti and Maswa. Here you will stay at Songa Migration Camp which is a lovely seasonal camp that sits on the edge of the Maswa woodland with lovely views across the open plains to the east. It is a small seasonal camp. In December the hope is that the migration should be out on the short green grass in the Southern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Maswa.
On the 23rd, you will fly by private charter to Seronera in the Central Serengeti, where the Namiri team will meet you. It will take about two hours to drive out into the Eastern short grass plains where Namiri is located. Namiri is famous for its predators, especially cheetahs and lions. In December, there is a good chance ( though not guaranteed ) that the great wildebeest migration will be within reach of Namiri.
On the 26th, you will be driven back to Seronera airstrip to fly by private charter to Kilimanjaro and connect with your international flight home. Depending on what time your flight departs, you may need day rooms.

Songa Migrational Camp, South
Southern Serengeti, Tanzania
Songa Migrational Camp South is located in the short grass plains of Maswa Kimali, an exclusive-use protected wildlife area bordering the southern Serengeti. This is a seasonal tented camp that moves twice a year to roughly shadow the movements of the migration.

Namiri Plains Tented Camp

Namiri Plains camp is in the remote Eastern part of the Serengeti National Park in an area that was closed off to tourism for 20 years to create a haven for cheetahs. This is big cat country and undoubtedly offers East Africa's best cheetah viewing opportunities, it is one of Ninians favourite places in Tanzania.
