Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda for the Fleming Family

Log Out

Your trip will start in Nairobi with a VIP meet and greet at the airport to help you through customs and immigration. You will be transferred to Hemingway’s Hotel for the night.

The next morning you will fly by private charter to Sirai House on Borana Conservancy. Here we should see good wildlife but also have the freedom to walk, run, bike, climb hills and ride horses for those that want to.

After Sirai you will fly down to Sabora Camp in the Serengeti via Nairobi and Kilimanjaro for customs. If we leave early in the morning we should be comfortably at Sabora by lunch time. Sabora sits out on a gentle rise amongst scattered Balanites trees out on the Sabora plain. The camp is very comfortable and the service is amazing, and the wildlife is even better. We will spend three nights here. The focus will be in game drives looking for wildlife.

After Sabora we will fly by private charter to Kigali in Rwanda via Musoma for customs. Again we should be in Kigali by lunch time. We will spend the night at the Radisson Blu

After a night in Kigali we will head to Singita Kataza House at the base of the Virunga Mountains. It is a pretty three hour drive through hills covered in farms. Before departing Kigali we should visit the genocide memorial museum. This is a harrowing museum that does give you some perspective in recent Rwandan history.

We will spend three nights at Kataza house which will be our base for two gorilla treks which will take place on the 1st and 2nd.

After three nights at Kataza you will have day rooms back in Kigali before flying home.
