Kenya Safari 3rd – 18th September 2024

Log Out

Your safari begins with a flight north to Shaba National Reserve, where you will stay in our private mobile camp. We love Shaba for its semi-desert terrain and feeling of wilderness, the landscape dotted with dramatic rock formations and towering hills, and the Ewaso Nyiro River, which winds its way through the reserve, providing an oasis of green along its banks. The wildlife here is shyer than in other areas.

From Shaba, you will fly to the 56,000-acre private Loisaba Conservancy to stay at Lodo Springs Tented Camp. There are good chances of seeing leopards here, and they have recently reintroduced rhinos, so with luck, you may catch a glimpse of them.

The next stop is Borana Conservancy, a beautiful private conservancy with a thriving rhino population. You can walk, ride, or go on game drives. You are staying at the lovely Lengishu House, perched atop a hill with breathtaking views of the plains below.

From Lewa, you will fly to the Masai Mara; our crew will have moved camp from Shaba to one of our favourite campsites in a quiet corner of the Mara Triangle
