This morning you will fly from Johannesburg to Maun in Botswana (we have not included this flight or accommodation in Johannesburg the night before), you could either spend the previous night in Johannesburg or arrive that morning in time to connect with the flight to Maun. On arrival in Maun and after clearing customs & immigration, you will be met and assisted for a transfer by helicopter Maun to Kweene Trails
Honeymoon Safari Botswana and Namibia
Below is an outline of a 15-day safari in Botswana and Nambia. It starts with a four-night walking safari where you will be based in two camps, moving from one to the other on your third day. From here, you will fly to Qorokwe camp, where you will stay for three nights.
Fly back to Maun and connect with an Airlink flight to Windhoek in Namibia, where you will spend one night in before flying north to Serra Cafema for three nights. Your last stop will be the Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp.

Kweene Trails
Botswana, Botswana
Beagle Expeditions's Kweene Trails is a lightweight mobile tented camp owned and hosted by Marleen and Simon Byron. It operates in Abu Private Reserve in the Western Okavango Botswana. Their exclusive area lies on a stretch of the Kweene River system adjacent to the Sandveld tongue. The area is remote and accessible only by helicopter.

Opened in November 2017, the luxurious yet contemporary Qorokwe Camp stands in a private, wildlife-rich area southeast of the Okavango Delta, bordering Botswana’s Moremi Game Reserve. The camp has great views over a large lagoon fed by the Santandadibe River—classic Delta scenery.

Keenee Trails to Qorokwe Airstrip by helicopter. Game drive to the camp.

The Weinberg is a city hotel in the Klein Windhoek suburb. Its 41 bedrooms wrap around a heritage building, creating an inviting courtyard.
Transfers & Flights
Fly from Qorokwe to Maun to connect with the with Air Link from Maun to Windhoek. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the hotel.

June 9th, 10th, 11th
Serra Cafema
Kunene River, Namibia
Serra Cafema is probably Namibia's most remote camp, located in the extreme north-west of Namibia nestled amongst shady albida trees on the banks of the Kunene River in the Hartmann Valley. This is one of our favourite places in Africa. The landscapes are breathtaking.
Transfers & Flights
You will be transferred to Eros airport to fly by scheduled service to the Hartman Valley stopping at Dorro Nawas to refuel enroute. On arrival you will be met and transfered by road to the camp - this will take about an hour.

Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp
