On arrival at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will receive a VIP meet and assist service, ensuring a smooth transition through arrivals. You will then meet your driver, who will take you to the Hemingways Hotel.
The following day, a Hemingways driver will take you to the nearby Wilson Airport to fly to Lewa Conservancy to stay at Sirikoi Lodge, which sits on land adjacent to the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Sirikoi Lodge overlooks a lush lawn and a busy waterhole, and it has a lovely vegetable garden that supplies the kitchen. There is a pool and good game drives. Sirikoi has full roaming rights on Lewa, an excellent location for seeing black and white rhinos, regular plains game, and predators. Some species you will see there are endemic to Northern Kenya, such as the Grevy's zebra and the reticulated giraffe. Sirikoi is among our favourite places to take guests.
From Lewa, you will fly to the Naboisho Conservancy, part of the Greater Mara, to stay at Naboisho Tented Camp. The wildlife viewing is fantastic here, and the conservancy is known for having some of the best predator viewing in the world.
Fly back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Upon your arrival, a driver will meet you and transfer you to the Four Points Hotel near the international airport. You will overnight at the Four Points so that you can connect with a flight to Entebbe the next morning. We recommend booking Kenya Airways. According to the current schedule, there is a flight departing at 7.45am and arriving in Enetbbe at 9.45 am.
On arrival in Entebbe you will transfer accros to a domestic flight to Kihihi. From here you will be driven to the Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge. You will spend three nights at the lodge, which will serve as your base for two gorilla treks scheduled for the 10th and 11th. *Gorilla permits are subject to availability and can't be held without full payment.
On the 12th, you will be driven back to Kihihi to catch a flight back to Entebbe to connect with your flight home. There are several airlines that operate flights to and from Entebbe, or you may choose to fly back to Nairobi and connect from there, as it is a larger hub. If your flight departs late at night, we can arrange day rooms for you, allowing you to relax and freshen up before your journey.
