A mobile safari offers the ultimate in privacy and flexibility: being in your own camp allows you to experience the rhythm of nature as intimately as possible. You can dictate the pace of your own day, game drives and other activities are not pre-planned but scheduled based on daily discussions with your guide.

Each safari is a true expedition. Everything in your camp, from the duvet on your bed to the pegs holding down your tent, are taken to the bush just for you. Ninian and Lara have custom-designed their tents to ensure that they are light and spacious, as well as practical, insect proof, well-lit and comfortable. Our crew is made up of experienced hands, many of whom have worked in the safari business all their lives and are an extension of the Lowis family. They will be with you all the way, pitching your camps, preparing your meals, pressing your laundry – and moving camp. They are a hard-working, cheerful, friendly team. The mobility of the camp allows us to make on-the-spot adjustments to our plans, should the weather, game concentrations or other variables change suddenly, making sure that you get the most out of every minute of your safari.

While your camp is being moved we will take you to a carefully selected small lodge for a night or two, this is a great chance to recharge before you rejoin your private camp and new adventures.
